A Sri Lankan Tradition-PonnurukkuA tradition which has been followed for generation by the ceylonese all the over the world and so do the Malaysian Ceylonese. It's as pre-wedding event whereby the make of 'Thali" which will be done in the groom's house without the present of bride. Gold coin will be melted in groom's house before the goldsmith proceed with the making of 'thali'.
